Healthy exercise plans

Joining a gym or aerobics class will help you shed off those pounds.There are many exercise plans that will help you lose weight, it's a toss up to which ones will work better for you though.  The fact is that different people require different exercise plans that will show better results.  The key in any exercise that you pick you have to stay positive, once you lose that drive you will lose the will to keep exercising, and soon as it feels like a job it is pretty much over.  That is the thing that most people suffer from, if when you get up to do your routine you're like "Blah, here we go again", or something to that effect you need to look into something that you will enjoy more, because it is just a matter of time before you give up.

Most people will tell you that the best thing to do is to get a workout buddy.  This way you have someone to talk to, and it the time will go by so fast that you don't even realize you did anything.  Another thing to remember is Getting a work out buddy will help you keep on track.that you can't just jump up and start doing something.  You aren't going to get up one morning before work and decide that you are going to walk three miles today, that's not going to happen.  You have to work yourself up to that point.  The best thing you can do is to sit down and make yourself a journal, give yourself reasonable goals for exercise.  Make sure you do it for exercise and not for weight lose, if you do it for exercise it will be easier for you to work up to it.  If you do it for weight lose and you go through all your exercises and you only get half of what your goal was you will become unmotivated to do your exercise anymore.  Here is a quick example of something that you can do:

  • Day one

Stretch for 10 minutes.

Walk for 15 minutes one way, and walk back.Jogging is a great way to lose that unwanted body fat.

Stretch again for 10 minutes.

  • Day two

Stretch for 10 minutes.

Do cardio exercise for 45 minutes.

Stretch again for 10 minutes.

  • Day three

Stretch for 10 minutes.

Walk for 20 minutes one way, and walk back.

Stretch again for 10 minutes.

 

Tread mills are a great way to get in your daily exercise.That way it builds up your stamina and you won't over work your body before it is ready.  After you write up a game plan set yourself some reasonable goals for a certain amount of time.  Like in the second month of this start going by miles instead of walking time.  The first day you can do a mile, then the third day you can extend it to a mile and a half, the whole time increasing the distance you walk and the time you walk as well.  This will make your goals a little closer to reach, and once you get to where you want to be you will be more healthy.

Something you can do instead of walking if you have bad joints or something like that would be swimming.  You can do the same thing with the journal with swimming as well and it wouldn't be as hard on your joints as walking.  Work yourself up to swimming steadily for 30 minutes a day, or you can swim for 45 minutes twice a Swim may be better for someone that has sore joints from jogging.week.  This will give you the same results as walking briskly for 30 minutes a day.  If you are someone that has a gym or fitness studio near you can go their as well, they have all the equipment that you would ever need to get all these things done.  They also have trainers there that you can talk to, and many other things that will help you along in your process.  Another great thing you can get into would be fitness classes, aerobics, palettes, yoga, and other classes that you can join.  Many fitness places have them, other places include YMCA's, country clubs, and many other community clubs that you can join.  These are fun and you work with other people which is nice.

Another important thing that you sould consider would be vitamins, and other supplements that you can take to help you burn off the fat during workouts.  Supplements are a touch subject because a lot of people think that they do more harm then good.  The next page will go over some good supplements that may help you in your journey to lowering your body fat.
